Frank's creativity began early in life - a young entrepreneur that wanted to have the most creative "business" on the block. It's from this early experience and dream that Frank became involved in the Advertising and Media business.

Frank attained an array of skills working in the family business, West Central Auto Auction of Waukee, for about nine years before leaving in July of 2009 to spend more time on Westown. He served as the Marketing Manager for many years before leaving as the Vice President of Marketing and Operations.

Through Westown Advertising Media, Frank has been an active member of the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce for the past three years, and currently serves as an Ambassador. He is also a member of the Greater Des Moines Partnership.

He is also Chief Meteorologist at IowaWeatherNow, a Westown Advertising Media media company, and works for a local television station part time, filling both on and off-air roles.

Frank's hobbies include storm chasing, piloting aircraft, fitness, and broadcasting.

Kathy Scaglione is a creative addition to the Westown team. After working with Frank for many years in the family business, she finds it refreshing to work with Westown's various clientele.

Kathy was the Controller for West Central Auto Auction of Waukee from 1997-2009, taking care of the business' financial aspect and maintained connections with the company's Fleet/Lease clients. She is well-versed in what it takes to make a business run.

In her free time, Kathy enjoys walking, reading, and traveling around the state and country.
